Remember your first movie. The first time you sit down and enjoy some cinematic entertainment. Most people will say it was a kids movie like one of the Disney classics, or maybe Toy Story or Finding Nemo. The first memory I have is watching a movie called King Kong vs. Godzilla. Most people are surprised when they here that. I just say, "yup, while everyone else was watching princess movies, I was watching 2 guys in monster costumes wrestle each other. I was about 3 or 5 years old when I watched on VHS. I still don't know how we came into possession of that copy. Did the original owners of the house leave it? Did my parents buy it? I don't think I'll ever know.
I remember watching it for the first time thinking to myself, what the heck am I watching!? I was so confused. A few years later I figured out the Godzilla was a giant Japanese monster, and that King Kong was a giant gorilla from a 1933 film. I still love watching that movie.
