Meagan Hoffman, Blog #1

My earliest memory that I can clearly recall happened when I was in Kindergarten. The cafeteria was serving hot dogs for lunch that day and I was completely bummed out to know that my mom had packed me a lunch instead. I love hot dogs and when I walked into the cafeteria, the smell of the hot dogs was so good that all I wanted was one hot dog. Later that day, when school got out, my aunt came to pick me up and I complained to her about how the hot dogs smelled so good today at lunch but I could not get one because my mom packed me a lunch. My aunt felt so bad for me that she drove me to Sonic and bought me a hot dog before she took me home. To this day, this story is one of my aunt's favorite memories.

The aunt in the story is the one pictured in front of me in the white shirt
