Rayanna Eckman, Blog #1

One of my earliest memories is when my best friend and I took a dance class at our local community center. Sadly, that was the end of my friends dance career due to lack of rhythm but for me it was just the beginning. Not only did I begin my dance career, but my comedy career as well. My mom had bought me shoes that were a size too big so I could easily kick them off if I wanted to. When our instructor asked us to do cartwheels, I would purposely flick my shoe off as I did it. It always made the entire class laugh and I got some sort of weird thrill from it. That's when I realized that not only did I love dancing, but also making people laugh as well.
